Size Exchange Policy:
We offer a seamless size exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit:
- Request Period:
Please raise a size exchange request within 48 hours of the delivery date by emailing us at thedesignerstudionazakat@gmail.com with your order number and required size.
- Eligibility:
To be eligible for a size exchange, the outfit must be in unworn, unwashed, and intact condition with all original tags attached.
- Exchange Fee:
A fee of ₹200/- per outfit will be charged for size exchanges. This fee covers the reverse pickup and re-dispatching of your order.
- Non-Eligible Items:
Items on sale and international orders are not eligible for size exchanges.
- Unavailable Sizes:
If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, valid for 2 months from the date of return.
